Working exclusively on behalf of one of the most prestigious property development agencies across the UK, our client provides the full range of sales and marketing support to attract and engage potential ‘off plan’ and ‘on plan’ investors from both the UK and overseas. Specialising in luxury Residential, Student and Commercial developments our client provides the full scope of investment advice and support. With an expanding property portfolio, this company is set to grow and grow over the next 10 years with the aim to become a market leader.

Reporting directly to the Operations and Sales manager initially and then to the business owners, the role of marketing manager is a new position created to work alongside operations and sales to create a coherent media and lead generation marketing strategy generating over 1300 quality leads per month designed specifically to attract new potential investors, repeat buyers and to re-engage the client database with new products and services. With a significant budget in excess of £300,000 per year you will be tasked with producing and implementing a strategy that utilises all aspects of media and digital marketing to maximum effect with a significant return on investment. You will be given the opportunity to grow and develop your team, initially recruiting a creative marketing assistant to support with the day to day production of marketing collateral.
- 3 years minimum experience in Lead Generation and Media Purchasing
- We are looking for a tenacious, driven individual who can make this role and department their own.
You will be required to work from our client’s offices in Skelmersdale approximately 4 days per week and 1 day per week in central Liverpool whilst also spending time on site visiting new developments and 3rd parties at least 2 days per month. This is an autonomous role and you will be expected to arrange your own working schedule accordingly.
For the right person, basic salary is negotiable however as a guide, we would envisage a basic salary of £50,000 per annum plus a commission scheme that would increase to a realistic £100,000 OTE.
