What do we need?
Due to continued growth they are looking for an engineer liaison administrator to operate from their head office in Heswall. This role is the forefront of one of their largest teams handling enquiries promptly, efficiently and liaising with engineers to ensure a swift & efficient process is followed. You will be liaising with garages, claims management companies and solicitors on a daily basis in an environment that is time sensitive so a good telephone manner would be essential.
