Lacuna Recruitment was founded in 2017 by Steve Rossiter, a veteran recruitment professional who realised that there was a real gap in the current recruitment market for a ‘one-stop’ agency. Together with directors Nik Ellis and Justine McLaughlin who bring their extensive business and marketing experience to the table, Lacuna will deliver permanent, temporary, retained and executive search functions across all sectors whilst providing guidance on recruitment issues without a direct expectation of an immediate return on investment.

Happy to deviate from the industry ‘norm’ by tackling any or all of the elements that make up the recruitment process, Steve has achieved a breadth of understanding and maturity which enables him to offer a unique perspective and insight into clients’ wider recruitment issues.

From Job Centre Plus and ‘Welfare to Work’ through to white collar contingency recruitment and executive search for board level candidates, in sectors as varied as construction logistics, manufacturing and food production, few recruitment professionals can offer this breadth of proficiency and experience.
